We provide customized PC Systems - configured to your specifications. Desktop Systems can be configured with a variety of component combinations and are thoroughly tested and burned-in prior to release to the customer.

Network components and client software can be optionally installed and tested prior to release.

We provide network design services to suit your specifications, or we can design a network based on our assessment and analysis of your entire business process.

For customers that have a plan in place, we provide configuration services to meet design specifications as well as installation services.

For customers who prefer to out-source some of their network functions, we provide System Administration services both Remotely and On-Site.

On-Site coverage however, is currently limited to the Northern California area - from San Jose to Sacramento.

Remote System Administration coupled with Telephone Support may be sufficient for most small sites. LAN Management is only available for our customers that are serviceable On-Site.

Once a network has been installed, we continue with on-going support to an organizations' user base. Network technical support may also be supplemented to an organizations' support staff as a partial out-sourcing of Network Services.

We also provide PC support and become an organization's Help Desk. Network Support and PC Help Desk Services are available Remotely and On-Site.

One of our core services is to be able to maintain and repair network component hardware. We provide Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance Services On-Site as well as Repair Services both On-Site and at our Facility. We offer Maintenance and Repair Services for Desktop PCs, Servers, and Printers. We stock loaner components for Maintenance Covered items providing minimum down time should a component fail and become inoperable.

Our On-Site coverage is currently limited to the Northern California area - from San Jose to Sacramento.

We offer Website Design and Publishing. This is one of our value-added service among many as part of our goal of becoming a one-stop source for our Business Associates. We offer Data Gathering and File Conversion services as well as Design and Publishing of a client's Pages. We also provide On-Site Services such as Data Capture and Digitization for inclusion of data into a client Website. On-Site coverage is currently limited to the Northern California area, from San Jose to Sacramento.

We also offer Private Intranet Website Design for companies that require inter-company website access only.

We also offer Internet access and Web Site Hosting (co-location services available) for our Business clients via dial-in or direct network connections.
